Been there over 20 yrs have had a few issues in that 20yrs but corporate takes pride in helping resolve issues some tellers can display rude behavior again it can easily be resolved when calling corporate always be polite and hope it will come back.

I highly recommend using this branch of Texans. The have always been more tha just satisfied with the service I have received. The representatives have always bvb een courteous, friendly and respectful.

Went there this am to get a new ATM card as my previous card that I got from them less than 2 weeks ago was not working properly. Was even doubtful about what I said n asked me to try the card in their ATM machine, which worked but not in stores that I have tried in the last few days like the restaurant n Sam’s club n the gas station. After asking again if I can please have a new card, he finally did… This teller named Jobani was not very helpful at all, he looked like he did not want to work that day… Gave me a new card with the last 2 digits that are unreadable then when I asked him if it can be possibly be changed, he declined n just wrote the unreadable digits on a piece of paper. Very unprofessional! I will not go to that branch ever again!!
