Very bad experience! I made an appointment for a COVID vaccine. I was told to wait 30 min because they had walk-ins. What is the purpose of an appointment? Aren’t the walk ins supposed to be accommodated during the windows between appointments? Not helpful, not showing any kind of understanding for the fact that people make appointments because have other things to attend to.

We regularly visit the Safeway pharmacy in Sammamish Highlands as we live nearby. Last couple of times we had the pleasure of interacting with Himani, the new pharmacy manager. She’s very knowledgeable, takes time to respond to questions. Overall a very pleasant experience! Would highly recommend her and the pharmacy.

Very slow customer service. Avoid this place for flu vaccine. They made me fill 3 forms for kids and myself and then wait an hour while they tried to figure out how to charge my insurance using their computer. Then they asked me to come back at a later time as they had some issue with insurance i.e. United Healthcare. My insurance told me to just go to another pharmacy.
