This chili’s has its ups and downs lately. Formerly my favorite Chili’s in INDY, this one suffered since the pandemic. Often long wait times between seating and ordering and then getting your order. I am happy to say it is looking up though. This last visit was great. Seated immediately during dinner time. Ordered pretty soon after and the food was out in good time. It tasted great for the most part. They have the best chips and salsa around and the chipotle honey chicken crispers are top notch.

THE best burger I have ever eaten. 1 pound meatball with cheese and a sweet bbq sauce. Take the Big Burger BBQ

Worse experience possible. Ordered potato soup never got and we Waited one hour for meal. Bar was full of Dirty bar drink glasses. Was not busy at All the place was dirty big time. No business there was no excuse why we had to wait and the tables werent cleaned off

We wanted to sit at table and was told only 4 or more could sit at tables. My friend is very heavy and can not sit in booths. We told the person to get the manager. He talked with Manger and worked it out. Thank you. Food is very good. The service was great. Thank you.
