Yes they will put bulbs in. You can get the price by calling or on website. They don't stick it to you.
It usually tells u under the part on their web page if it's their brand usually lifetime warranty some other brands are limited you just have to know what you bought and you can check it online just enter your year make and model select water pump and look for the warranty info hope this solves your question
