Now you are costing me money. Your employees gave me the wrong parts completely shutting my company down until your store opens in the morning, hopefully get the correct parts, my vehicle repaired n back on the road who pays for this?

Well to be completely honest you have to make sure on both sides that's the parts are right because you can order parts from o'Reilly's to have deliver thinking that those are the parts you need an when they get delivered there really not the parts you need therefore you have to make sure u are asking for the right parts therefore the wrong one want be delivered to you and you will receive the right parts

How can I check on an order for a particular store?

Call that store. Stores can't check each others orders, only inventory.
