As I was thinking about renewing contract with Sears Warranty, the technicians reminded me how terrible the customer service is. I had a claim to fix the fridge today and today is my fourth rescheduling. In the reminder email, it says they would call ahead before arriving and I also repeatedly talked to customer service to let the technician know to call me ahead before arriving. Noone cared about that and just showed up at the door without any notice or any call. I asked them if they could wait because they didn't call when they were heading to my house and no one waited, even though it was their fault. The job is so freaking easy is just to replace a motor for the fridge and if I didn't buy home warranty with this company, I would have someone else replace it and be done with it. If the easy job can't be done, how else can I trust Sears Warranty? Updates on 05/27/2022: When the part for my appliance was now available, SEAR ordered it and scheduled an appointment to send the technician come to fix it. I was excited about that. And then when they came to my house, they refused to fix it and left, stated that "the part was ordered wrong, and it wouldn't fix the problem". They refused to repair my stuff, knowing that my warranty was about to expire. What a good company! Now my warranty with them is expired and the issue with my appliance is still there.

I want to start off by saying I have never had such poor customer service / communication. I set up a appointment on January 7th to have my washer checked out I was told the technician would arrive between 10am and 2pm. So I took off of work so I would be home when they arrived. I waited around all day and finally I received a call at 2:30pm saying they wont be able to make it. So I rescheduled and the technician came out a week later and realized he needed to order a part to fix the washer. He said to reschedule when the part came in so I did once again January 24th I took off of work he was suppose to come between 8am and 12pm. Well I was notified at 9am he would arrive between 10:53am and 12:23pm so I waited around.Then I received a text message saying my appointment had been rescheduled for February 2nd between 1pm and 5pm. I never received a call or anything they randomly chose a date and time for me and texted it to me. To make matters worse I called customer service hotline and I was told to call a number that’s not even in service.THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!!!!!!

I had 3 different techs on 3 different days. The 3 tech said the microwave couldn't be fixed. The 1st two didn't think so. They ordered the parts. I grew up with Sears. I'm extremely disappointed.
