I sat in line for 20 minutes and by the time I got up to order it was 2 minutes past close. They refused to serve me. It’s not my fault you can’t keep up. I was there well before close. That’s just poor customer service.

We pulled up to the drive through and it was 11:58. The car in front of us place their order by 11:59. We pulled up to the window at 11:59, waited for someone to take our order the clock stuck 12 and what do you know? Someone came to the speaker and said we are no longer taking orders. There was no cars behind us, and we technically pulled up to the window at 11:59, before close. And still awful disgusting customer service and help.

Not yet. There's a sign on the door, needs to be MUCH LARGER TYPE (so it can be read from afar) that says Drive thru only
Lack of staffing, this used to be my favorite Taco Bell because they were open the latest and always usually got my order right before they got the Mexican pizza back I Use to get the same thing myself, every time I ordered in the last couple months none of my orders get done right the first week they had the Mexican pizza I had a simple request light sauce extra Three trees blend yet they couldn't get that right before they ran out the Mexican pizzas every week I ordered one the whole meal not a single one was done right simple light sauce extra cheese add onion nope couldn't even do that right because of poor staffing which is sad beings how many homeless people there are in traverse City that complain about not having a job and if we could put half of the people that complain about not having job, and stand on the corner of some street on 14th and division holding a sign making more money than those that are actuall work who would want a job
