Jimbo’s assistance was timely, professional, and courteous. Not only did he tow our vehicle (jerr dan required), he took us to our unplanned hotel and patiently waited while we unloaded our vacation luggage. He made sure our Tahoe was delivered bright and early to Russell Chevrolet for service. Definitely would recommend J Hook for any towing needs. It depends on who has it towed our contracted rates very depending on the police department.
They close around 5pm I believe. Tow trucks are 24hr dispatched
This is my personal experience from 2 weeks ago. I know nobody that works there so i was given no discounts. Sherwood towed my car after a friend of my husbands was driving it and went to jail. They towed it from Brockington and it was about this time of night. I called first thing the next morning when they opened. I paid 136.00. Have exact change, proof of ownership (or something faxed to them from the owner releasing vehicle to you), drivers license (or someone with license to drive it off their lot), and they close at 4:30. If all that is in order i don't see you having any problem. Edit: Sherwood had my car towed but it was JHook that went and got it.
