I have purchased 4 vehicles from Gwatney and have had pretty good experiences. The last experience was horrible my salesman Brad lied to me about a refund check. I will definitely will not be coming back. UPDATE: Since my review, Brad has attempted reaching out to me. Yes, I did cancel a payment and mailed Gwatney a check for the difference which, is correct. The issue is that Brad told me that my refund check was with my paperwork which, it was not. Furthermore, I even gave them the option to net the difference out of my refund check which, would have been totally fine by me, but they wanted a check. The issue is not with the issue of the offset it is with the dealership not telling the truth. Buyer beware.....typical scumbag car salesmen.

They will work with bankruptcy customers. I am sure this is a case by case basis as to whether or not your scenario can be worked with.
