Needed a small piece of 3/4" plywood and needed it cut off possible. Empire were very helpful. Going on a weekday to Lowes is the thing to do and avoid the crowds.

Smaller ones, like for yard sales and "for sale" signs!
Lowe's does but it varies by stores. Google if your nearest Lowe's has it in stock, or purchase online and pick it up in the store.

How I do it...if I don't seem to get anywhere with manager in store I reach out on Twitter, email and call support to see how quickly they will assist.
