Would give a 0 star if possible. Explained my electrical problem in extreme detail that literally only required a reprogram of the vehicle and update of software and 7 hours in waiting in the store for higher priority I finally got out….With my vehicle still not fixed. All that time and still a Ford dealership couldn’t update one of their own vehicles. I cannot wait to sell this vehicle and never buy a Ford again. Warning to the wise fords faulty software is not worth it. They force you to go to a dealership to fix their issue. I would’ve accepted this horrible situation if I just got this issue fixed as it makes my vehicle a driving brick but that did not occur.

A unfortunate experience… I called to ask about a particular car and offered an amount over the phone for it, since I live an hour away. The salesman accepted my out the door offer over the phone so I let him know I would be there that day to pay and pick it up. Unfortunately, after I took off work early and drove my wife and 9 month old to the dealership they attempted to increase the out the door price. The salesman admitted there, in person, that we had talked about the out the door price on the phone. I rejected the new offer and told them I would be able to accept the car for the price we had agreed on. After internal discussions, they came back and offered me the car at a lower price but still $1,500 over what was previously agreed on. So after driving an hour to get there and being at the dealership for two hours, I made the decision to make the hour drive home without purchasing the car; effectively wasting mine and my families entire afternoon for what was expected to be a simple process. I’m simply shocked that this dealership was okay with not keeping the honor and word of their salesman and wasting my families time over what amounted to be a $1,500 difference.

So everyone seems to have good and bad service from a dealership. This one. I went in with my 93 ford f150 for an open re call still on it. They really took care of me listened to what the problem was and I don't know where they learned their customer service but an A+ is not enough from scheduling service to the parts department. Just spot on. Thank you

During my brief visit to Crain Ford, patrons are allowed inside the dealership with masks of course. Hand sanitizer is visibly present for customer use. Test drives are allowed along with normal business practices done with precautionary measures. They also have the option available for doing business via phone and online including the convenience of shipping the vehicle to you.

No it's not, but do your research and have them to bring it to you.
