This store has been processing a payment for nearly 2 months for an item that never arrived and we never received. I'm so tired of seeing this bill being processed on the bank statement, especially when a rep told us we would be receiving a refund for the trouble. update: they charged us TWICE for the same item on 2 separate cards. I will further update this to let you know if "customer service" actually helped us. Outrageous service from this store.
