Paid over $1k for PM service in preparation for a trip. Only 55k miles on Oasis maintained Cummins engine. MISTAKE. Check batteries is on the "check" list. I am thinking they saw batteries and checked ✔️ the list because we had to replace one less than an hour after leaving Oasis. We broke down in Tucumcari, NM with multiple issues that should have been caught by the check list costing us another $1,600. We called before our trip to let Oasis know we were not satisfied with little concern or desire to address. Now that we have service from an highly experienced, thorough and highly respected certified Cummins mechanic we will take our scheduled maintenance eight hours to that shop. UPDATE: Hi Drew, I emailed you Oct 17th and have not received any response. Update 11/2/2022 no response from Drew.
