I have to give a stand up review for this business. My wife recently had surgery that made it hard for her to do much including washing her hair. We called many of your normal hair cut places and it was all 1hr or more wait times just to get her hair washed and they were rude. So we decided to swing into the salon at ulta beauty and they got her in a chair instantly and were compassionate and caring with the whole process of washing her hair. So big BIG THANK YOU to them!

Always love going here and looking at everything they have and all the new stuff! There is always something different everytime I go here. I could spend hours in here just looking at all the different colors of eyeshadows, lipsticks, and nail polish. Only downside sometimes is when you can't find something specific that you are looking for, sometimes it's hard to find someone that can help you or is willing to help. The past couple times I have went here I have had no one greet me or ask me if I needed help finding anything. That is kinda unusual. Sometimes their line is really long too but this time I went I got lucky and it was actually short for once.

I'm not a beauty guru so I was a bit intimidated walking in to the store. Every person I talked to was welcoming and kind. Jordan did a fantastic job matching a foundation color to my face and helping me select some new products to try. I will definitely be back!
