Booked a reservation and showed up. The door was locked and no one was there. I called their number multiple times and no one picked up. I ended up messaging via Facebook Messenger and was told that “no one was able to come in today.” When I asked about when I could expect my full refund I never got a response. Completely unprofessional! This is not how you run a business.

I was kinda recluntent about this but 1hour and 20 mins later I am hooked this was money, time,effort well spent the owner was awesome.

Our group of four consisted of three teens and a mom. We had fun! Be aware of these things...(1) if you don't want to receive hints, be sure to let her know ahead of time because she gives them when she thinks you need them even if you don't ask, (2) there is no public restroom in the building.

Sooooo much fun! This was our first time doing an escape room. The owner is so funny and helpful, she made our experience even more enjoyable! The jailhouse theme was hysterical, because we were literally detained. It is a great experience for the family. Definitely stop when in Gaylord MI
