Ordered furniture October 18th was called Friday October 28th to schedule delivery was told originally the 3rd but when I called back(was interrupted by work) was not available but the 1st was. Sweet had my wife take the day off work. Called some friend to move my furniture(I can’t because recent surgery) on Sunday to the garbage. 1st rolls around and no furniture. My wife calls the store is told I’m not sure why he was expecting delivery on the 1st. Essentially denying the phone call on Friday. So when I call furniture is in Cadillac still. Nothing about having a deliver date is in there. Was pretty much told in fewer words sorry I don’t know when you’re getting your furniture. Manager was not in and was too late for anything to be done today. Will update review if it is rectified in a proper way. At this point would recommend anyone shop elsewhere. Also if you didn’t have anything in the computer about a ship date. Why wasn’t i called yesterday to schedule one when you have my furniture? Like that doesn’t make much sense either.

I don't know anything about The Pine Store. I do know that at VanDries they have books that may help you or may just have some other type of information about The Pine Store. Either way I would contact VanDries and see what information they have. They helped us with information on a chair we have when we purchased our new one. I hope I've been some help to you, good luck.
