Really good location in Simpsonville downtown. Lot of space for party for 100+. Lot of decor choices and tables and chairs set for you ahead of time which is included in the price. There's a cute little patio outside as well, that looks really good at night with the outdoor lighting! Christie responded quickly to messages and managed everything on time. Few cons was, you only get the hall for 6 hrs and the DJ and catering setup apart from the arrangements the hall does has to be done within those hours, you do not get the keys ahead of time. Also, there's barely 20 parking spots but were assured the guests will be guided to park but that did not happen and majority of our guests had to park on side streets and walk.

The rate differs depending on your menu and some of the decorating choices. Our ceremony fee, for just the wedding was $1,000 in addition to the space for the reception. I totally recommend getting in touch with Karen and Nicholette! They were wonderful in answering ALL of our questions and assisting with planning our day to make it really special.
They have one small room, I'm guessing could comfortably fit up to 12. It's cozy and nice.
