Bad service no communication between service mangers took 4hrs get a tire change and check air pressure on truck and trailer tires which I don't get done worker standing around but couldn't the air pressure will not go back there

Call for road side service tire. They made me wait for 4 hours on the side of the freeway keep telling the driver left Already and never show up.
