However, Bob Smith, he is the best!, took time to talk to me in great detail about my issue and basically explained step by step what I should be considering about my car's symptoms. He gave me his opinion on the problem and where to get the part and how to tell my friend to install it. I was so grateful!!! He saved me lots of money and time and aggravation. Their business looks so professional and clean and I would highly recommend them!!?
