If your just a small fabricator don't bother with Alro. You can't get in, in anyway to view any metal. If you don't know exactly what you want over a phone then you get rude responses from office staff as if your waiting their time. Nothing is user friendly. I'll travel to Saginaw always for now on.

Can't go in the building? So we can't come in your business but I'm sure your employees enter others. Should we stop allowing alro employees to enter our business?

Excellent service, I’m a sheet metal apprentice and have picked up deliveries from the alro warehouse. I have also collected numerous deliveries at my workplace from the truck drivers as well in all types of weather. all my experiences with the guys at alro have been great. The folks at this company are very friendly, helpful, and care about safety
