Worst place ever! 1st time there and last! I will never ever go back to this place. The guy that was there was very rude. He rolled his eyes at us 3 times. Even talked to one of my kids like he didn’t understand english because he asked him a question and my son didn’t hear him. This guy need Costumer Service Classes!!! He changed his attitude when I got tired of him treating us the way that he did and said if there is a problem we can come back another day! We were there for 10 min we felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave. If you like to feel you bother someone or love being treated bad this is the right place for you!

Had my son's 14th birthday here. Justin was awesome and did his best to make sure it was a great time. Pricing was inline with most other places for party packages, so can't complain there.

Amazing experience! This palace is welcoming, a lot of fun and also REALLY affordable. Kind of reminds me of a gaming version of the internet cafes which used to be popular in Europe and the Middle East. Highly recommend!!!
