I don't know that they have ever gotten our order right (shame on us for giving them multiple seconds chances). Sometimes it's just mixing stuff up but lately there have been entire parts of the order missing. Tonight, fully half of our wings didn't have sauce at all. If you can get anyone to answer the phone (good luck) they won't actually do anything to fix the situation. Find literally any other place to eat unless you feel like donating to their bottom line out of the goodness of your heart.

Terrible customer service. Brianna the server could not handle a simple two meal order, and mixed up our receipts amateurishly. Hate to see her try and handle multiple orders. But I guess what’s why she’s a waitress and not anyone esteemed. The manager is incompetent and is the epitome of “we will hire anybody because no one wants to work”. This BWW has gone down hill tremendously in recent years, and I hope the wait staff and terrible management is exchanged and or trained properly asap before a stain is left on this company. The food was good however, kitchen crew keep doing what you’re doing.

This was some of the worst service we have ever gotten. The waitress has 5 tables ours (6top) other were 2-4 people but mostly 2 and couldn't handle it. We had to ask for our drinks to be refilled & for her to take our order. Not only was she extremely rude but she avoided our table. There was a 4 top of men she took better care of than any of her tables.. we paid 100+ 20% tip for service we didn't receive and cold food, stale chips. We will never be back. Tried to give it a chance after the last time we were there. Still very disappointed.

all I’m gonna say is $50 for this (i got other stuff as well) yeah thanks for the tiny tenders such a great dinner to hold me over. beyond disappointed.
