Hello there, I am a resident of college place at Leah hill. I have problems with the garbage disposal for almost 3 months and the manager on charge can’t fix this problem. I wonder who can I talk to solve this?

Hi Maria. We don't have any amenities except for a big grassy area.
The homes here are owner occupied, not rented. But there are currently two homes for sale.
I know that there's space is in there available, if 40 X 60 is standard then yes. Monthly rent I think is around 600 bucks plus utilities. And no it's not a 55 and older Park. It's a family park.
Rent for most lots for 2018 is $700. Fees vary depending on vehicles and pets. Rent does not include any utilities.
