Very friendly staff! Made accommodations for our service dog, smoking & /or non. Gave us a a honey mooners discount 🥰 cute lobby with open beems, pool table, bent-wood furniture & more. Great parking and 24 hour staff , room service STUNNING views from your room door, 1/2 mile to city park & georgetown lake. Perfect spot… year round :couples families & dogs! We will ABSOLUTELY be back to this exact motel!!!!!!!

Hey, it is budget accommodations, so if you go into it with that expectation, you wll be fine. Bed was comfortable, pillow and sheets were clean, and the room was as promised. Great pmace to grab a quick night's rest

I stayed here back in March on my cross country trip out west I ended up staying a couple of days because of a snowstorm and being 7 months pregnant I didn't want to travel until the storm passed. . By far the cleanest rooms around. Very friendly staff. And very helpful. I would absolutely stay again on my next trip through Colorado

The rooms are dated, stains on the walls and floors (it would help to see the rooms with fresh paint on walls maybe new carpets), also the walls are thin, you can hear everything from the rooms to the sides and above. My wife said the room had a smell to it like urine. The A/C unit would kick off and not turn back on, we would have to turn it off then back on to work for 15 minutes even if we turned the temp down ut would not reach that temperature. The cost for one night was over $100 and I expected a lot more for that. Breakfast had cereal, day old (or more) donuts... we tried to eat, but ended up going to the next town for Breakfast. I do have to say the staff is very accommodating and friendly. My hats off to them.
