Mike Fox was an excellent coach! His detailed knowledge of the PXG product well as the mechanics of my swing was impressive. He was very positive and encouraging throughout the entire process which made the experience really enjoyable. I think we ended up with a great set up and I can't wait to come back for more!

I am very disappointed with PXG's customer service. I recently called them to fix a cracked ferrule on a club I purchased from them less than a year ago. I am leaving for a golf trip in 4 days. I was told that even though they build the clubs there, it would take 14 days to fix the clubs. The representative then suggested that if I needed them quickly I should go to PGA Superstore. I haven't heard of many business sending customers to their competition, but I will be looking elsewhere in the future. Updated 10/19 I did go to PGA superstore and they fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes for free.

Great customer service and really nice facility. Greeted us immediately and scheduled an appointment for fitting and testing clubs. I love this place and would definitely go back!

Due to character limitations here for a full brief on our COVID-19 safety precautions please see: https://www.pxg.com/en-us/about/news/keeping-our-pxg-troops-healthy MEASURES MAY INCLUDE: Temperature checks are available at all PXG locations for employees and customers. If the temperature is under 100.4 the individual is welcome to enter the facility and proceed with a scheduled fitting. Any customer who exhibits a fever is respectfully asked to exit the location and reschedule their fitting appointment. Customers who exhibit feverish, flu-like or common cold symptoms are encouraged to reschedule their fitting appointment. PXG employees will wear masks in all retail spaces and during all club fittings (in-store and on the range). Customers are also required to wear face masks in all PXG retail locations.
