Where to begin….I ordered $259.90 worth of WolfPac XO Apparel and never received my package or a refund. I called and spoke to multiple employees. I asked for a manager and spoke to one male with an accent. He proceeded to ask me for my contact information, which I gave. He said he would give me a call within the week. I was fine with that because I know how busy places can get. I never received any form of communication about my missing order. More weeks have gone by. I call and ask for the same manager with the accent. Not only was he rude to me the next time I called and specifically asked for him, but he could not even locate the order number. He asked for proof of the confirmation, which I sent. More weeks go by and I am starting to get annoyed. I call up the store, and ask for a different manager because the one who “jot down” my info never did a thing about it. So now I speak to another manager named Erica G. I tel her the situation and she informs me NO ONE has even presented this situation to her. Cue eye roll. She proceeds to ask for my contact information AGAIN. This is already the third time I have sent an email to them letting them know my situation. Erica then proceeds to act concerned and tell me this issue will be resolved NOW. She told me to email her personal account with the confirmation order. I did and even sent her the statement from my debit card. Still no word from the company, the first, and second manager. She then told me because of the delay, they would throw in two free articles of clothing. Cool. It has now been a months since I have received my package or refund. I have procured proof time and time again and still the issue has been unresolved. Not only did I waste my time, energy, and money, they completely breached their contract and policies. I am so disappointed in this company and it’s employees and how they “handle” situations. I told Erica the issues and have proof of the emails I sent to the company and Erica’s personal email. The level of unprofessionalism is disgusting. I am going to report this to The Federal Trade Commission, The Better Business Bureau, and any and all similar websites. But when a company doesn’t try to make an unresolved issue a resolved one, they lose business. Business means less profit. I spent $259.90 with this online scamming, deceptive, fraudulent place of business. Never recommending this place to anyone ever again. the deadline to dispute the transaction passed so not only was I lied to, I was robbed. Playing customers??? Um cool. Two thumbs down, WolfPac!

Stupid name, but awesome dispo! Service was ¿ery friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great comfortable and relaxed atmosphere very separated from the clinical or high tech shops with ipads and online orders. Its just a friendly chill place that sells great weed and terrific prices
