I signed over as a Patient. I’m only able to come to the store around 7-7:30. I come 30+ mins and could go to any store but chose this one. Last time I was there was Sunday June 5th. Once I got in the back all jars and such were being put away, everyone was and is more focused on going home. I’m an ex Budtender at multiple shops. The last shop was all medical and our Owners stopped doing this because it was hurting sales. Personally I rarely spend under $300 and I’m able to buy whatever I want. When I walk into a store ready to buy and the Budtenders aren’t interested in selling but more interested in getting home within 15 mins of close? I’d rather go somewhere that values me as a Customer and goes the extra length to make their Patients feel at ease and able to shop. I asked the Budtender with glasses and long hair if they had considered not putting things away until close and he dumbly stared at me. Perhaps his Emotional Intelligence was to low to know how to respond at all to my question. Literally no response from this guy. Then the Woman that was closing gave an offhand comment and I could feel the tension. They just continued slamming things around and counting their drawers and tips, no attempt to even smooth over a bad customer experience… If this was me I’d have had some words of understanding and kindness. Clearly there’s not any empaths behind this counter although I could tell my young Budtender was uncomfortable. Furthermore I must double mask because I am immunocompromised and care for a small child. Sadly many people are too closed minded to think of this possibility and I get treated unfairly for listening to actual science and protecting myself. I’ll take my 300-1k per month in purchases elsewhere. I suggest you find more empathetic Budtending Staff who are in the Cannabis industry not because they’re simple stoners but because they believe in helping people with the power of Cannabis. Love this spot. Definitely a good spot if you wanna stay away from Covid. They tend to have a great selection of Olio which is my favorite. Bud tenders have all been cool. Chairs on the waiting room are extremely uncomfortable which sucks for people with disabilities

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are good even for non members. I've always gotten quality product at a good price. And they have online ordering which is a bonus fpr someone like me who needs to be in and out quickly. And unlike some other dispos they actually pack up your order when they get it online. So no surprises when you get there and have to wait 30 min AND then need to find substitutions because they sold out before you got there.

Only 1 customer in at a time, Very Clean, Everyone working was wearing a mask and they had protective Plexi Glass around the desk and customers are served through a window these are all great practices for efficient and good social distancing protocols to have set in place. Best medicinal marijuana I have found, even awesome prices to go with the great quality, I had no questions about signing up to be a member, did so my second visit to the Higher Grade Medical Dispensaries. Love em!
I see it like any other boutique.. You Just have to get there when they have it. I've gotten some within the month so its definitely almost a luck thing. Also great ? About the early bird.
