Place was dirty, several tables had not been cleaned off... girl up front just ignored us did not even say hello or welcome, so wasn't sure about how our meal was going to be. Was seated after about 5 minutes after someone finally came up. Server started out great... then one order never came out. Asked about it and was told they are working on it. After about another 10 minutes they brought out something totally different than we ordered they took that back and we asked for our order to be put in a to-go box. Everyone was finished eating and the order still hadn't been brought out. Finally had to track down our server and ask for out ticket and cancel the order that never came out. We paid and as we were getting up to leave they decided to bring out the order on the tray not even in the to-go box. Told them we cancelled that. As we were leaving walked by the kitchen and they had probably 6 people just standing around laughing not doing anything.

It doesn't matter which BWW we go to the service is always mediocre. The food was good but the weight staff isn't as attentive as they could be. We were never asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks and once our food was dropped off its a if we were invisible for the rest of our time dinning.

Phenomenal service from Kyle! I went in an hour before close and I didn’t wanna keep anyone there excessively long but the staff was all so accommodating. I’ll definitely be back

Elena I believe is her name made a big deal when we walked in the door without a mask, I understand the policy however when I asked if they had any masks she said “uh no” with attitude, okay well most retail/public places give you one such as Walmart and Target for example. If it’s a big deal PROVIDE MASKS FOR THOSE WHO FORGOT OR DON’T HAVE ONE. I also read past reviews and she seems to be a huge part of the problem at this location. Elena shouldn’t be a manager if she makes a big deal out of customers not wearing them correctly and constantly has attitude but won’t do anything about her kitchen staff not wearing them correctly or her waiters (in the picture is Vinny a waiter who was wearing it below his nose and you could see the top of his lip, he’s on the right) Elena also wasn’t wearing it correctly she wore it the same way he did. If it wasn’t for our waitress (I don’t remember her name but she was very nice) and her helper Tyler (I believe her name is which she’s in the picture on the left) this rating would’ve been 1 star overall. You need better management especially when this woman has several complaints.
