Called Monday morning 5 minutes after open and they told me the only availability for my issue was Wednesday morning @ 7:30am. At 12pm on Wednesday I called the shop to get an update on my car and found out it had only just been brought into the shop for inspection. Not sure what the need for an appointment time is if my car is not going to be looked at during those times. At around 2:30pm I get a call telling me my radiator needs replaced, and the cost to do so. I asked to set up a payment plan as I wasn't sure if I could afford the cost outright and was told "No problem we will get your radiator ordered today as we have it in stock and someone will call you later to set up that plan." I received no call so then on Thursday I went in person to the shop but it was during lunch time when no techs were there to speak about my issue. Around 2pm on Thursday I get a call and was told the same exact thing as Wednesday and that they were gonna go ahead and order the radiator for me that day. He told me they would have it for sure fixed for me on Friday before 3pm and I just received a phone call 30 mins ago telling me my car won't be available until after 5pm when I am not able to get it. Very sad, all the positive reviews were very misleading. The customer service was friendly but nothing more. Very hollow, I do not recommend this place as you will have to follow up on your own car if you want any progress to be made with this particular shop. **Edit The reason for all the time references, is because I was quoted for only 2 hours of labor and was told my car was "almost finished now" but that it would not be available until after 5. This phone call was at 2pm. I'm not the best at math but that's 3 hours later not the 2 hours I was quoted. Also how would it take that much longer if its "almost finished now." I just feel as though I am being lied to the entire time. I would respect it so much more if they just told me "hey we dropped the ball on your car." The tech's name on my car is Brandon.

We do (for Infinitis. 😊) We prefer original equipment (OE) or better. (Many will have a lifetime warranty.) For example: Your manual may indicate conventional oil may be used, but we will use 0W20 full synthetic. What are you looking for?
