Well that was an $80 loss I took my vehicle and told them at the very least the positive wire to the battery needed replaced and they verbally told me they replaced it but the paperwork didn’t say that it did and when I got home in my driveway and turned it off it died I turned it back on it was still dead I called them And they told me that all they did was tighten the cable they didn’t replace it like they told me they did in person and for some reason that took over an hour and cost $80 to tighten the bolt and even though I brought a replacement battery they didn’t make use of it

No appt needed. A lot of those car are waiting for customers for pick up and we are waiting for engines on several cars. We have 7 mechanics and get several cars done same day. Read out reviews we def provide quick and honest service.
