It was very smooth and easy to work with them. They were professional and it's very responsive and communicative. In our experience i would recommend to make sure that the mailing Address on your application come to your home that would speed up the process Few days... Since we Decided to travel In a short time and we did not have a passport for our daughter it was new passport that we to issue for the first time.

We had a great experience with these guys. We had to get our son a passport quickly and Lester helped us a ton. I don’t know how they get these things but it works. I would definitely recommend this company if you need to rush a passport faster than the government can.

I discovered that my passport had expired 6 days before my flight. That 6 days included the weekend and Martin Luther King day! Effectively there were 4 business days available. Weather made it impossible for my application to be picked up by Fed Ex. One day gone. The government passport agency computers crashed on the day my passport was supposed to be picked up by Travel Pro to send back to me. Travel Pro still got the passport to me in time!!!!!! They put it on a cargo plane so that I would get it on time. They were in communication with me every day, sometimes more. They were patient with my concerns and everyone I talked to was totally accommodating. The owner of the company even called me at home at 9 p.m. to discuss possible solutions/options. I know it is expensive, but for me, it was so worth it. I was able to go on my trip. This company rocks.
