By far the worst bank I ever dealt with. From the day I bought a vehicle to the time I went to cash a check. Stay away! They gave their “own policy” which I can’t find it to be legal. DO not bank with them!

In my 17-year banking career, I have never seen a teller be so rude to members/customers. Some older, bald hispanic man at the teller line needs some serious coaching on how to treat his clientele. It was not just me but other members too. Just wow. I closed my checking and withdrew all my money. It was that bad.

Went drive through about 6:50 pm at the Sugarland location and all the lights were off. Very dark, very scary. I was alone so better safe than sorry. So l left.
