I had a massage with Amanda and she was amazing! She listened to all my concerns! I will definitely be going back as soon as possible. We did have a snafu with the timing but at check out Bobbi was quick to resolve it! She went above and beyond!!

The good: the prenatal massage I had with Kathy was wonderful as well as the facial I had with Kirby. The spa area (and changing room) was clean and inviting. The bad: I was sent a text blast message within 24 hrs of my scheduled appointment for a special $99 facial add on, but told to disregard because I already had a facial booked. I feel like this will disincentivize me from pre booking add on services in the future knowing that I can possibly receive service for a fraction of the price if I wait to book. When I called to discuss I was told “policy” wouldn’t allow them to offer me the special rate and it just wasn’t a very good experience or did it give a good first impression to (me) a customer. If they weren’t allowed to Honor that rate they shouldn’t have sent the message because it may be misleading to ineligible customers. I have another pending appointment booked (because the services provided were great) but may cancel if I find a spa offering similar services and better customer service.

This spa is not as nice as it used to be. It needs a good cleaning, painting and remodeling. There are 2 excellent manicurists (Angelavand Renee)that provide top quality service.
