Clean, efficient, and staffed with attentive, conscientious staff. Even the young staff people had excellent customer service skills. I only say that to differentiate from the full grown adults at other service establishments who don’t know the first thing about customer service or having a good attitude. Congratulations Nebraska! You raise good kids. ☺️

I like runza’s food however the reason I am giving 5 stars is because of a younger employee. I didn’t catch his name however on June 11th (2022) he gave us money to get some ice cream. We weren’t even trying to get any. This is the nicest thing an employee has ever done in my experience.

My first time trying this place was on 08Jun22 1000 hrs. The gentleman working up front at the register was the most professional and courteous person I have met in a very long time. Mike is his name, I think. Kudos to this guy.. The food was awesome, but the service even better. Will return the next time I'm passing through.

The swiss mushroom sandwich was essentially cream of mushroom soup on bread with a teaspoon of meat. The bread was absolutely soaked through and nasty. The onion rings were mushy, though the fries were tolerable. The lemonade was also so watered down it tasted like slightly lemony water. And they gave us no straws or ketchup.
