I was told I will wait for one hours. I have waited for three hours, I asked how long, the store manager called Thomas Bradshaw gave me my key said you can find other shop, and told me I need to wait another three hours and then Told me I need to wait another hour. He doesn’t know anything just tell me randomly and very rudely tell me that I need to change other shop and leave now! I did nothing, he is also racist to me as I am Asian so he treat me like junk and white guy like gentle. Very bad experience have been discriminated and unprofessional customer service!

Unbelievably bad experience. Came in to get an oil change and a tire patched. Left with a new hole in a different tire and a new light on on the dashboard indicating one of the tire pressure sensors was failing. Will never return. Quite literally gave them money to leave with more issues, and to top it off they made us wait 45 minutes past when they said the car would be ready, while they turned all the lights off in the lobby where we were waiting.
