Gave a door at 841a. Yet there's still a truck there that hasn't received their bol. The only truck there. Asked if I can move to another door while this is occupied, they said the other drivers are going to fill those doors. Here we are 1 hour later and ask those doors still available. Just stick to heb SA, seems they're the only ones that know what they are doing to keep you moving.

I disliked this place, tight lots, construction, and long waits for both sick assignment and unload. Much as I hate to admit it, I had to get another driver to spot my blindside while I backed. Bigger sleeper trucks or ones that turn poorly like Old t680s will have a bad time. Werner drivers, there's a reason that Werner drop yard 20 miles away is full of trailers for HEB... Do not go to gate, park in the wait lot or on the road and go to guardshack and fill out the paperwork, they'll text you when you can enter, expect 1-2 hour wait after appt time.

That's actually a really good question that a lot of our truckers are trying to get an answer for. I guess the only other way to get ahold of them is contact your company and have them question customer service and then get back with you on that answer. Other than that you might not get any luck at the security guard shack either.

Two blocks down east from the other main buildings. You'll see HEB trucks inside the gate.
They do have overnight parking. 30 or so spots just outside the gate. If you park on the street the security guard will come by and direct you to a second area to park in.

We never have a problem getting unloaded we're there maximum maybe 3 hours. Who you need to contact is going to be the lumping service. HEB doesn't unload their trucks. It's a lumping service. Find out who is unloading you and then take it from there. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
U must drop in too see how they can fit you in there time slots that fit your schedule.

Yes, call the shipping/receiving office. Don't be discouraged if they say they can't. Or if they say they say they can only send it to your company office. Also if they act like you're not entitled because you're just a driver, ask for their CEO or even their HR department. Don't give up.
All I have is try calling the distribution center Warehouse because I am a driver that delivers to the DC Warehouse you may be able to talk to a manager in the shipping and receiving department they might have answers for you just a suggestion
