The staff were very friendly and listened to my concerns and suggestions about my health and what I wanted. There was no significant wait time. I was in and out within 2-3hrs due to my reasoning for my visit. The Drs took their time and were very patient with me.

I HATE HOSPITALS, but DCMH changed my whole outlook in just one day. Everyone was kind and welcoming as well as concerned for my condition. The service was accurate and exceptional. I really wish the hospital wasn't closing down I would love to give birth here. Nurse Jody was soo pleasant. Dr. Cooper was knowledgeable and kind. Ms. Pat at registration was friendly and knew her stuff. Again everyone was beyond nice and caring. I didn't feel like a patient I felt like I was around family who live and care about me deeply. I was comfortable and taken care of very well. I love DCMH

Information
Covid it's a scary thing people can't just do into place everyone has to call.. if I'm sick my doctor like lots of others wants a covid test and a video call
I'm fairly sure that there have to be signs posted to let people know where to go for the vaccine, but just to be safe, I'd call ahead of time and ask. Try the main number first (if you don't have a phone number for the specific department or doctor), quickly explain what you need to the operator and see where they send you.
I don't know. I don't think that they've publicized any information about what vaccine is going to be distributed at DCMH.
I think Delaware County has a web site or page where you can find test sites. If your employer won't offer it, you can gain access. Also look at www.findashot/org web page to find an appointment for vaccine distribution.
Yes, I believe so.

Dr Steve Kim is A urologist for children age 2 and older . Hope this helps
You can get it from the Office of Vital Statistics from the State of the birth. www.vitaltec.com Hospitals do not keep records that long.
No you have to hir up vital records
You need to get it from the Bureau of Vital Statistics, not the hospital. There is a form to download to obtain by mail or do it online.
