Absolutely phenomenal experience. It may seem relatively expensive at first but your stay at the Jenny Lake Lodge includes a full breakfast and a 5 course phenomenal meal each night, complimentary horse back riding, bikes, kayaks, fantastic location in the Grand Teton mountains and walking/hiking trails right outside the door which when added up make it a true value and a once in a lifetime experience. The cabins are very rustic, but that is part of the wonderful charm of the lodge and overall stay. the service and staff could not be nicer or better or more accommodating. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be able to get back to the Jenny Lake Lodge in the near future.

Front desk staff, Manager and horse manager were very rude and condescending. Horse manager told us that she "talked to horses all day so she has great communication skills." I could go into details here, but am not wasting more time on them with a he said she said, so am sticking with irrefutable facts. I never received my final receipt, which I requested multiple times and we checked out a day early since they told us they would refund that night...yet never did. I have tried calling a dozen times over last two days to try to talk to someone live, but have not been able to reach anyone Spouse will likely post a review on many sites as they had her in tears with how rude they were being. Few good things about the place, staff in dining room were very attentive. Lodges and campus scenery was beautiful.

Just returned from a week long honeymoon and the only thing that went wrong involved Jenny Lake Lodge unfortunately. Lack of communication and sense of urgency between the different groups. Tried to go horse back riding 3 times over the course of a week and never got to go unfortunately. The activities desk told us we wouldn’t be able to get a refund even though we were told the wrong directions and they screwed up our reservation that was made 2 months in advance. Eventually after some phone calls this was rescheduled but ultimately screwed up once again…. I would recommend doing activities through one of the family owned ranches instead.
