Very cool experience, but I’m in town for work and went alone- a lot of the experience relies on having a partner or a group. I wish I’d known that in advance.

I feel like for forty dollars a person and zero maintenance on your exhibits you should definitely have free parking with an attendant to sell you tickets instead of directing people to a QR code on your entry door that constantly opens and closes.
Deck Handyman DC Home Services
Definitely haven’t been here before yet but I darn sure we’ll try it out it looks freaking awesome!!

This experience was so fun 100% would do again! The team was lovely and support was helpful. If you have the chance I would recommend stopping by.

As long as you're ok with them having a sugar high after! Lots of great activities they will definitely have a blast
You can take as long as you need but once you go through a room you can't go back. I spent 1.5 hours there just on my own.
They are kids tickets $28 and Adults $30 when we went
I would call the office. I think they can retrieve your photos if you have the date and time you went (don't quote me on it - just think I read that on the website).
On Thursday- Saturday there is a ticket time for 8.
It would be a great place to go on a field trip! I'm not sure how they would work that out, but the best way we've found to contact the Color Factory is by direct message on Instagram.
~1.5 hrs
We just left there and we have all the photos, you just have to register your email when you buy the tickets and scan the QR code they give you.
I don't think so, I'm prior service
If you have to buy online
Free! Everyone age 2 and under is free.
$35/person Sometimes there are promotions. When I went back in January I bought 2 tickets for the price of 1. Just subscribe to their website and they will email you when they're specials.
Hi! Thanks for asking, as long as a ticket is purchased for all guests entering the venue (photographers included). Please note that the photographer cannot bring tripods, external flashes and lights and excessive props. Also we do not allow outfit changes as it disrupts the flow of the exhibit, as we have many guests coming through at the same time and using the spaces congruently.
Hi Amanda, we allow guest to enter up to 10 minutes after purchased time slot.
Hi, at the moment we do not have any Color Factory art exhibitions located in Dallas but we do have one located in Houston.
You have to buy tickets in advance and online. They do not sell tickets at the door.
No
I didn't see any on my visit but they do have an email for questions and they reply back.
I had the same thought until I actually went through the whole experience they set up. You get pictures taken by cameras sent diré to your email, yummy snacks at every other photo room andd they have an overall memorable experience so that money is totally worth it :)
Absolutely! Have to purchasing your ticket they allow you to adjust the date and time at any time
I'm pretty sure they will let you because they don't give any refunds unless something major happens
You have to email them, the phone number on Google just brings you to a pre-recorded message that gives you their email address.
Yes ma'am as long they have their own ticket bought online 🤗
Yes! Babies are definitely allowed, although strollers can't go through the exhibit (we provide a free coat check service so there's a safe place to leave them).
I would email them to confirm
Yes!
No number, just email them
Yes. It is best to schedule a time that is not almost fully booked. It will give and your party more time to enjoy the experience and not feel rushed.
I don't know look on their website
Yes. But they'd likely keep it open until you were done. Takes 1-1.5 hours to go through
Some of these answers are confusing. The simple answer is yes. Like Gabe said, it is $35 adults, $28 kids. I'd suggest scheduling in advance as the tickets sell quickly. They sell tickets by 15 minute intervals to prevent people being piled onto each other (i.e. you could buy 10:00, 10:15, or 10:30 tickets). You can walk into the lobby early and they offer complimentary treats while you wait. Hope this helps!
They are very responsive to direct messages on Instagram or Facebook.
I don't think so but check their website
I saw onnthe website tickets where available through April 2020. I bought mine about 1.5 hours before we wanted to be there. There are limited spots available
Yes, they will be open on Valentine's Day. I confirmed it via direct message on Instagram.
The age is 16yrs, anyone younger has to be with an adult- 18 and up.
Aqua S!
Yes, cameras are welcome here, but they offer photo spots in most of the exhibits and they are sent to your email. Great quality photos too!
Im most positive that there is an elevator. But i would call just in case
They do not, but they are very responsive on Facebook and Instagram direct messages.
Yes. Go to their website and u will see they are selling tixs for today.
There is a small parking lot next to the building, but there is also street parking available in the nearby neighborhood.
I was told when I went that they'd be here for a year with the hope of possibly staying longer
Yes, its $38 per adult. We had to book a couple of weeks in advanced because it was sold out.
Tickets are currently on sale through the end of November, BUT we may stay longer! Sign up for our email list (on our website: www.colorfactory.co) to be the first to know!
Hopefully! Make sure you sign up for our email list (on our website!) to be the first to know when new tickets go on sale!
