I love this place and the lady that did my paperwork..I call the next day to see did I get the loan she remember me she say come on your loan is here..When I call they answer with no problem or attitude..I love y'all I'll be back next year 🤩🤩

Poor customer service the lady shana was great but the manager is very unprofessional, she don’t know how to talk to people, she didn’t let me explain my situation why I came to her she gave me the run around just because she wanted to leave. I was referred by a friend and I WILL NEVER refer anyone to her. She need more training of customer serviace. She had an attitude and I wasn’t the one for it!!! Then she tells me to come back Monday. She was thus close 👌🏿 To getting cussed out honestly!!!

Are you trying to get an extention for tax filing? it has different answers for different issues. Hope it helps.
