I called and booked one hour before I needed a ride from downtown Houston. The driver called me when he was 10 minutes away. He was on time, polite and a better price than the Ubers my friends used

Tried twice to book an early cab to the airport. First time the driver showed up hours later (we were already at the airport) and the second time no one showed up at all. Lesson learned.

Needed a wheelchair van and requested a ride for 12:30 for doctor appointment at 1:30 it is now 1:34 and no taxi ridiculous if you want to get to your destination on time you have to schedule your ride 7 hours before it’s time for your appointment
When is this company going to close? This is by far one of the worse cab companies in the World!

If you are calling from Pasadena you need to request a Pasadena Taxi from Yellow Cab. They own them. Plus you will get picked up alot faster than Yellow because that area is mainly reserved for Pasadena Taxi
Download the Z Trip app and you can get an exact estimate. What I see here without having your exact address if you live in the area of Greenbriar Colony which is around Aldine Westfield and Greens Rd and to/from IAH , it would be around $13 to $15.
Steve. Next time if there is not a meter turned on and you just go on his word, just pay what you think it is or don't pay at all. And if he wants to call the police, let him . He has to show proof from the meter. These meters are regulated by the City set by the Company to comply. So it won't be tampered with. Use you camera phone and take evidence.

My daughter got a yellow cab this morning and she forgot her wallet the cab driver saed said he can't wait so she either pay or she had to give her cell phone called yellow cab to find out if they could do this and they said no she got the money from
