I came into there program a couple years ago. My aunt life was starting to slip away, she was in a lot of pain all the time. I did want to risk feeling like I might ask her to buy any of her meds so I got into the program. Every was was really great to me. After Cathy pass I rolled off the wagon. They helped me back on. Any and every problem I had they worked w me. I can't say enough good things about the MAT program. Kozi and Dr H. really are amazing people who really care and will try to to do anything possible to help you if you just ask.

I was going there for the suboxone program, I had 4 u/a's all 4 were clean, I have short term memory loss and can't remember my appointments and they were only giving me 7 at a time by the time I get em, I had to call to make another appt. and of course I forgot to call. so they cut me off, since October I've called and called asking for help... not even one call back. they're too lazy, they would always call either minutes before the actual appointment was suppose to be at or 5 or 10 minutes after. while I would be driving or getting ready for my appointment to go to the pharmacy. I wouldnt answer while I was driving. I would pull over waiting for a call back and they never bothered to not one time. and they said it was my fault. so I would TRY to call back the number they called from and it was always a NON WORKING number. these are people were suppose to feel safe talking to and feel comfortable talking to them. and they didnt even trust us or even care enough to let us call them back after missing their call at a time when the appointment wasn't even scheduled for. that's just not right. I never gave them one dirty u/a and yet I was treated like I would be dirty everytime. even after 4 months I was only given 7 strips at a time. not only did they not bother to call me back not one time but just minutes after I missed their call, early to the appointment, not being to answer with out risking bodily harm but I would receive a call from my mother being in trouble because they called her saying that I was at fault and that I purposely did not answer and they did this every single time, causing me and my mom to argue and trying to cause family problems. when all they had to do to prevent this was to CALL ON TIME NOT 10 MINUTES BEFORE OR AFTER THE SCHEDULED TIME. family is VERY IMPORTANT TO ME and the only thing they did consistently was to continue to drive a wedge between me and my mom. I was borderline suicidal as it was, but them causing us to argue wasn't exactly helping us. I'm just so glad that we are real close and that we could calmly talk it out and I would explain it to her until my mom started seeing a pattern as well. if you see a calls history with this, that is because they had the nerve to say that today was the first and only call that they had received from my number. hmmm ok so how does it show over 10 calls to them various dates trying to ASK them PLEASE HELP ME I need some suboxone, with not one call back.

The suboxone program is great. The doctors, nurses and all the staff here are awesome. I highly recommend this place if you need any behavioral and mental and substance use disorder help
