Hands down best urgent care I have visited in my while life. Doctor Wang is friendly and she knows her stuff. All the crew members are helpful. Waiting time is little bit long but overall experience is extremely satisfying.

The ladies running the place today were great. The wait was long but they are understaffed and I understand and they were so apologetic and nice. Still kept offering my son and I water and juice while running back and forth to treat patients. I didn’t mind waiting. My test result was done in about an hour too.

I just wanted to send a little message about an awesome experience I had with Indigo Urgent Care in Totem Lake. I suffered a rib injury over the weekend and needed care asap and could not wait for my regular doctor. After a brief Google search, I decided to pursue an appointment with Indigo Urgent Care. What a GREAT experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment by phone was super fast, the receptionist was incredibly nice and professional. Was able to fill out the intake form easily via cell phone. The Medical Assistant was equally nice and professional, even going as far as recommending a different pharmacy than my usual one, because she knew they had staffing issues and were closing early. (A+ for the proactiveness!!) - The physician was the same, excellent evaluation, treatment recommendation and plan executed! Everything was done so efficiently, I was blown away. The big plus, everything was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. I would highly recommend this clinic for your urgent care needs. I know experiences like mine can be "hit or miss", but I'm grateful that this one turned out well and just felt it was worthy to share.

Indigo Urgent Care has always been the most helpful, professional place I’ve gone to whenever I needed help. The doctors and front desk nurses are always attentive to my needs, and I’ve been a walk-in several times and have always been assisted. Even though the wait times can be lengthy, they run any labs or tests for you on short notice. Dr. McCartney helped me immensely by assessing solutions to my health-related issues. I haven’t felt seen or heard like that in a long time. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!

Indigo offers digital x-ray. This is still one of the most common imaging tools and is used to confirm or rule out minor injuries or illnesses, including fractures and pneumonia.

We offer a number of on-site lab tests, including strep, UTI, flu test and TB tests. We also send out more complex tests to other labs. If you have a question about a certain test or screening, don't hesitate to give us a call!
If you don’t have insurance, Indigo Urgent Care charges a flat fee of $175. This fee will cover: - An exam evaluation with a medical provider. - In-clinic lab testing for strep throat, flu tests, UTI, pregnancy (immediate result tests only) X-rays. - Medication given during the visit. Your provider may also suggest additional detailed lab testing or other treatments that will not be covered by the flat fee. But, they will discuss the price and options with you before moving forward with any services.
