Their website is not up to date. It says they accept my insurance, then it lets me schedule an appointment. I finally get a call two weeks later that they do not accept my insurance. No one was especially rude, but I didn't feel like the customer service was fantastic either. Update your website.

TLFM is an incredible group. I understand needing to join a larger group. Do you know how much electronic medical records systems cost? It's a law to convert. I find corporate shortened appointment lengths, but the Doctors survived, and are amazing here! 20 years faithful.

TLFM does not have any of those 2 specialists. For my back issue, I saw one of the providers there and was referred to a Neurologist with Evergreen. If your insurance requires a referral from PCP to go see the specialist, or the issue is minor, then I would suggest TLFM!
You need to call the office and talk to his nurse or go in and see them.
