Spears is selfish. They are really strict and act fake the supervisors only care about themselves. The lady in the office was rude her name is Vicky she was literally screaming at me on the phone when I was asking questions about the situation. They are not easy to work with and do not work as a team. No compassion and ready to kick you to the curb when it is convenient for them. Don’t get comfortable working for them because if you do a minor mess up that was their fault they will cut you off w/o listening to your side.
