Fantastic service!! We accidentally booked for the wrong weekend and didn't realize it until we were at the front door. Nell responded immediately, gave us a full refund, and called the nearest pet friendly hotel to get us a room. While we are sad we didn't get to stay this time, we'll definitely be booking The Timberline in the future!

Unbelievable place! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. They had great suggestions and were wonderful. The Loft was immaculate. It was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable. The showers were great. the layout was perfect. the location was central and we walked everywhere. I plan to stay at the Loft every time I pass through!

We didn’t quite know what to expect from what is essentially a roadside motel off of the Main Street and we were so pleasantly surprised. We had a super comfy room with bunk beds for our boys and the decor was really enjoyable. Bed linens were very clean and comfy beds. Great night’s rest. A soft leather couch made lounging easy on a rainy day and the kitchen is small but has what you need to heat up leftovers or make a few simple meals (there was no microwave but a toaster oven). Owner was very friendly and has plans for further additions and amenities. You are right along the Main Street for coffee, meals and dining and you have a great view of the Rockies as soon as you get outside into the parking lot. I totally recommend for an affordable and comfortable stay.

Wowowow. We stayed at The Timberline over the holidays because of its proximity to downtown Leadville and LOVED it. Our room was super clean and beautifully decorated with a kitchenette (much appreciated), lounge seating, space to unpack/hang our stuff and the best smelling toiletry products. Will definitely be coming back with friends for more adventuring in the summer!
