Tried calling was put in the Queue for over 15 min then was disconnected! It is very difficult to talk to a person about my account but they sure call right away for payment next time if they call me for ANY reason I will put them in my call Queue! and let them enjoy waiting!!

Dont know I just am a delivery person. I am a independent contractor.
Call them directly. We are just the reviewers. Do the same with radio and tv.
I would start the add early in the week so as many could see it as possible.
Contact the newspaper directly. It has changed hands since then but HR may have something.
this might sound extreme, but if you showup to the TD at about 11pm, when your delivery person are picking up paper, you can ask somebody in the back loading dock and find out who delivers your area. good luck
