When we first checked in, our room wouldn’t lock, and there’s plenty of sketchy people outside. When we got a new room, we found blood on the sheets, yellow gunk dripping down the walls, a ton of hair all over the bathroom, and there was constant noise from other rooms all night long.

DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY!!! There was a recent review about this hotel about how from the outside looks great, but "looks can be deceiving". And boy were they right! Room smelled of cigarette smoke. The kitchen sink still had the previous occupant's pork and beans stuck in the drain, GROSS!!! The bathroom sink did not drain at all. Housekeeping left their broom, and a pile of dirt/dust next to the front door. And last, there were at least 5 small flies in the room flying around. Plus, there are sketchy guests hanging around the exterior of the building. The building itself was built recently, and the format of the rooms are great. But sadly, some bad folks are occupying these rooms, and the whole building is all going downhill. That is an absolute shame for how new the building is.

This hotel has so much potential but needs better policies. We felt like we were crashing in a college dorm. Towels were cheap, thread bare, no hand towels, no tissues, no instructions for the TV or policies or a map of the rooms. The office is not staffed by trained staff. They were like college age volunteers. I could not believe that we had a kitchen but nothing in it. Absolutely nothing unless we purchased it. That was just wrong. They really need to keep people (5 or more) from smoking in front of the front door.

Crystal was amazing! We had a mix up last week and she was on top of everything! Really went above and beyond what anyone else would have done. I'm so very grateful! Thank you.

My daughter and her husband stayed there for a few weeks and they were in fact able to keep their chocolate lab there. They have a card that's placed outside the door to the notify that a pet is inside the room.
