I made an appointment with Dr skinner, he's a great obgyn and I've been seeing him for years, I had an appointment for a routine pap, but for some reason Dr. Hsiung comes in the room and I kindly say my Dr is skinner and he looks at me and says with a rude tone says No your going to see me! I said no i am not. He walks out of the room and starts yelling at the nurse that she doesn't know how to do her job.I felt so uncomfortable I was just about to leave, the nurse comes in the room and was apologizing to me that they had scheduled me with the wrong doctor. And I said that's not ok for him to act like that and I did end up seeing skinner and told him that other Dr is very rude and unprofessional. But Dr.Skinner is a good Dr if you come here I do not recommend Dr. Hsiung at all.

Hello, my experience with Complete Care was forever ago but I wanted to review because it was a special experience and plan on going again for my next pregnancy (if all works out ofc) I was put with Dr.Skinner and honestly I couldn’t have been more blessed. He went above and beyond, I stated my concerns of being high risk and helped me get set up with a high risk clinic to make sure everything would go smooth. He listened to concerns, very quick to help me with issues that came up. Later on in the pregnancy we had checked on my daughters heartbeat and he heard something he thought was off, listened carefully for an hour and then sent me to the hospital for observation. He stated although it may be nothing he wanted to be sure and I couldn’t be more relieved I had a doctor take my concern and health so seriously. I had such a safe and smooth pregnancy with no issues, even with my family’s medical history. When my water broke I was in labor for less than 12 hours and although he thought I’d be pushing for two hours or more she was out in 14! As I was pushing he even asked if I wanted to feel her hair( she came out with a full head of long wavy hair!) and it was such an awesome experience. I’m blessed I had a healthy pregnancy and a doctor that helped reassure me! Thank you! (This was 2018-2019)

Dr. Skinner, Paula and all of his staff are AMAZING! He delivered my son who is almost 5 and was so caring through it all! He even held my hand while getting my spinal tap. He listens to all of your concerns and follows up if you have any questions. To this day I still see him for everything!
