The best yoga studio in all of Las Vegas! Don’t miss out on the amazing vibes and excellent teachers.

I am updating this as the owner finally reached out and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Several days of frustration and missed classes - but if they get their customer service game under control I would recommend this studio Very disappointed with this yoga studio. We were very excited to join and really looked forward to making this our yoga studio. However, when I contacted them before class I was advised we could pay online or pay when we got to the class. I chose to pay $67 online for the unlimited month. But my friend decided she was going to pay when she got there. When we got there she was offered the same unlimited month for HALF of what I paid. The teacher was very nice and said she would apply my double payment to my friends account. That was fine with us. Later, my friend got an email saying that they would like her to join and pay $37. I got an email saying that they do not publish the lower price so I could have one free drop in class. Why on earth would I pay $30 for one class when I planned on buying unlimited months? We have both called the studio, emailed and texted multiple times and no one will respond. This is so disappointing that now my friend is not going and I am missing classes in the month that apparently I am forced to pay double for. I feel like yoga should be a place where you workout and relax. This is not at all a very zen experience and I feel ripped off by a studio that treats students very poorly for a small amount of money. Losing two potentially long term students to keep $30 is a very bad move. I run a business and would NEVER treat a customer this way.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL STUDIO! The class intensity ranges from relaxed therapeutics to advanced strength with something for just about everyone. I was extremely impressed by the GENUINE care the staff has for the students. I Highly recommend this studio for those recovering from PHYSICAL INJURIES, ARTHRITIS, AND PHYSICAL or EMOTIONAL TRAUMA. The Forrest Yoga Style accommodates every body type, and I've used the postures from the beginner basics class to correct a very painful "tech shoulder" that pestered me for a number of years. A++++

I have never done yoga before, what class should I start. I like to be flexible to help my back pain.

I believe the therapeutic class might be a good place for you to start. Three of the instructors that teach there El de injury yoga Workshop that was very helpful in relieving my back pain. It was amazng. I also love their restorative yoga classes they are gentle. Ron's classes are Meditative, thereis not much movement. He focuses on emotional release which affects our bodies.

I have never done yoga in a class though I do several yoga stretches each morning. What class should I start with. I don't know what the different kinds are. Thank You, Jaqi Howard

I love their restorative class! It's just enough to know you have been to yoga. Slow paced & very zen!
